Terms for Donations

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the donation campaign is Fundacja Nowa Aleksandria, with its registered office at Os. Kol. Trębaczów 31, 21-010 Łęczna, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000517489, NIP: 5050124534, REGON: 061707640.
2. The purpose of the donation campaign is to provide financial support for the ongoing activities, development, and organization of events within the framework of the Splat!FilmFest.
3. Donations are collected via the website splatfilmfest.com through the PayU S.A. online payment gateway.

§2. Types of Donations

1. A Donor may choose to make:
   a) a one-time donation,
   b) a recurring (cyclical) donation, automatically repeated according to the selected
   frequency.
2. Donations may be made in any amount specified by the Donor in the payment form.

§3. Donation Terms

1. Any adult natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity may become a Donor.
2. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. By making a payment, the Donor enters into a donation agreement under the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
3. Payments are processed via the PayU S.A. payment operator, with its registered office at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań, Poland, KRS: 0000274399.
4. The Foundation does not charge any fees to the Donor. Any transaction fees are determined by the payment operator’s terms and conditions.
5. Payment data is processed exclusively by the payment operator and is not stored by the Foundation.
6. Donations are gratuitous and do not entitle the Donor to any reciprocal benefit or service from the Foundation.

§4. Refunds and Complaints

1. Donations are non-refundable.
2. In the event of a technical error, duplicate charge, or other irregularity, the Donor may file a complaint by contacting the Foundation at: aleksandria.nowa@gmail.com.
3. In the case of recurring donations, the Donor has the right to cancel them at any time by contacting the Foundation or the payment operator.

§5. Personal Data Protection

1. The administrator of the Donors’ personal data is Fundacja Nowa Aleksandria.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling the donation and, if the Donor has given explicit consent, for informational or promotional purposes related to the Festival’s activities.
3. Detailed information regarding data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy available at splatfilmfest.com.

§6. Transparency of the Donation Campaign

1. The Foundation may publish aggregated information regarding the use of donated funds in the form of reports or announcements available on the Festival’s website.
2. The Donor may receive a donation confirmation to the email address provided during the payment process.

§7. Final Provisions

1. The Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes become effective upon publication on the website.
2. For matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on splatfilmfest.com and shall remain in force until revoked.
