Paulo M. Nascimento

Paulo M. Nascimento is a director, screenwriter, and producer of films and series. He has directed 17 feature films, with productions in Brazil and the international market.

He has won awards, including Best Director at the 37th Gramado Film Festival for the film “In Your Name”, which was released in over 40 countries. He is currently releasing two psychological horror features – “13 Souls” (recently released in the UK) and “The Taxidermist” (selected for Fantastic Cuts at Cannes 2026) – in a US-Brazil co-production, featuring American and Canadian casts, shot in NY and Brazil.

He is also releasing “Flora”, a feature produced in Brazil and Argentina.
