Dominic Lahiff
Dominic Lahiff is a visual artist and filmmaker born and raised in London.
He began his career directing music videos for emerging musicians such as The Death Set, The Hundred In The Hands, Win Win and Neil Davidge of Massive Attack. His commercial clients include global campaigns for Nike, Converse, Hinge, Prada, Google, Amazon, Honda, UPS and Vevo.
Dominic’s longer form work includes writing and directing Discovering The Universe for the American Museum Of Natural History- a film which was sold to planetariums worldwide, directing “ Pride Stories “ for Spotify which won One Club, Motion and Clio awards and producing Black History Is Happening Now- a year long series of films made by first time POC directors- which was voted No1 AdAge Creative Brand Idea Of The Week and won the Clio for best Integrated Campaign.
In 2019 Dominic and his partner Cynthia Angel co-founded D L A Films- a company built on the mission to uplift diverse voices and champion those who feel invisible.
Dominic received his BA in Film from Warwick University.
SUN is his first feature film.
