Simple Town
Simple Town is a comedy group based in New York that has been working together since 2016. Ian Faria directs; Felipe Di Poi, Sam Lanier, Caro Yost and Will Niedmann perform.
Their sketches have appeared on Adult Swim and Comedy Central, their short films have been programmed on Short of the Week and NoBudge, and they have made numerous viral sketches on social media (frequently mentioned in Paste Magazine’s “Funniest Internet Videos” column).
In addition to their filmmaking, Simple Town has produced plays and live sketch shows. They do a monthly sketch show in New York and have toured across the US and UK, including a sold out run at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. “Big Break” is their debut feature film.
